The basic Leveled! is usefull for every character which manages to kill their opponent (and if he/she is lower or equal level). After playing it they some generic bonuses to your basic stats. But this one is different. Not everybody can play it (especially fighters have problems with it), but if you get it out, and you have somebody who can use it’s effect for a full use (like Maxt Stormcrow), then you might be surprised (and some bonuses to stats are included too)…
